To secure your head spa appointment, we just ask for a £25.00 booking fee. This help us hold your space and is non refundable, but don't worry- it can be transferred if you give us enough notice.

If you cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 48 hrs notice. With less notice a 50% charge will apply.
